Prior to each well undergoing fracturing, we deliver meticulously crafted reports that empower our clients to seamlessly align with the Alberta Energy Regulator's Directive 83 (AER D83).
Offset Well Risk Assessments and Operator Notifications
Our service area primarily covers Alberta, Canada.
The reports we provide relate to the AER D83 which is the most stringent fracturing regulation in Canada, yet, they can be customized for BC and Saskatchewan fractures.
* Projects outside of Alberta may be declined if proper datasets cannot be acquired.
Base price for each fracturing Subject Well to acquire offset data, set up the report and letter templates, and other administrative costs.
* A discount may be applied to multi-well pads.
Each Identified Offset Well (IOW) or Well License (active or not) found inside the Fracture Planning Zone (FPZ) which is 2x the modeled fracture 1/2 length (Xf) from the Subject Well bore.
Each IOW or Well License (active or not) outside the FPZ but inside the Special Consideration Well (SCW) zone, which is typically 3Xf from the Subject Well bore.
Fee is per offset Operator / Licensee of the offset Well(s) listed within the SCW zone boundary (3Xf). Each Operator will receive a notification plus continual updates, depending upon their risk.
